Since FuzzyUps!™ are individually crafted, please allow 4-6 weeks for shipping. However, we will do everything possible to expedite orders!Sorry, but we do not ship out of the USA or to Post Office boxes. You must use a street address for FedEx delivery. Alaska and Hawaii will have additional shipping charges and do not qualify for free shipping programs.
All lighting is shipped via FedEx ground unless overnight or express services are requested, in which additional charges will apply.We take great care when packaging the lights, but if your light arrived damaged, you must contact us immediately (within 3 days) of arrival date for a return and re-order.
Please check with your local FedEx delivery service to see if they leave packages at your house when you’re not home. It is your responsibility if they leave it and a ‘friendly neighbor’ decides she wants your light.You can pre-arrange with FedEx to make sure you are home at time of delivery or you can pick-up a local distribution center.
Store Policies
Orders in Pennsylvania will be charged a 6% sales tax.
If your light arrives damaged, you must contact us within 3 days of package arrival. We will arrange for return shipment at our cost and re-send a new light as soon as possible.
We want you & your child to love your light! But, if you are not satisfied, please contact us within 3 days of package arrival and we will issue a refund upon receipt. Return shipping within 10 days will be at customer's expense. Light must not have been installed and shade clips closed. A 50% deduction of refund will incur if light is damaged during return due to faulty customer packaging.
Currently, we don't have a lot of typical legal mumbo-jumbo...but if we start being taken advantage of, then we will....and we won't have fun anymore...and you won't have fun....and your child won't have a fun light to look at every day. We prefer the fun way!

Payments may be made through PayPal or directly from your credit card. If you have a PayPal account then you know what to do.
If you are not familiar with PayPal or want to use a credit card, take note: after proceeding through checkout, you will be directed to a page with lots of paypal info. You will want to look on the left for this:
Don't have a PayPal account? Use your credit card or bank account (where available).

Click on "Continue" and you will enter your credit card info. Keep in mind there will still be a lot of "PayPal" wording, but you ARE using your credit card without PayPal (they are providing the service for you to use your card).
